Idol is a six year old, large (permanent card), registered Welsh pony. He was imported from Holland in the beginning of 2006. He has been in dressage training for the past 6 months, and has competed successfully at training and 1st level. Idol has three phenomenal gaits, and a wonderful mind. He has all the talent to become a top FEI dressage pony. He is currently schooling all second level and some 3rd level movements with ease. Idol has recently been started over fences. He is calm, relaxed, and willing to jump anything we have asked; from cross rails, to barrels and gates, to small cross country obstacles. This pony has the best temperament; clips, loads and never needs to be lunged. He is true children’s pony, always looking to please, and can be handled by the smallest of children. We have plans to take this pony to Devon next year, so look out for him in the pony classes, he is sure to make a lasting impression.
