Here at The Sport Pony Connection we are big believers in exposing not only our ponies, but our children to the joys of educational organizations: such as The Pony Club, and Riding Clinics, as well as more competitive events such as Rallies and horse shows.

Due to our large family made dramatically larger by extended family and a vast support group of friends and trainers, we have enjoyed the pleasure of many fine ponies. The sad fact of young riders is the unavoidable certainty that one day they will outgrow their mount. Initially we felt so indebted to our beloved partners that we swore to keep them forever. It quickly became quite obvious to us that retiring a young athletic pony simply because their young rider had moved on to a larger mount was not fair. These beauties have the scope and athletic ability to bring other young riders to the same thrilling level of achievement that our own children had enjoyed, and they loved doing it! 

In the last years we have made our love of ponies a family affair. Each child has learned how to choose a prospect and through partnership and education, guide them to their potential. They are active in the marketing of our ponies, and the responsibility of finding the perfect home for our cherished companions has educated our entire family. The ponies you see on our site are not just blindly brought in and turned over for profit. Each child has a personal stake in these trusty mounts and all are dearly loved. We aspire to bring joy to the lives of the families that will own our ponies, we know that happy horses make happy owners.

Our family has enjoyed travels to both Europe and Canada, where we have found some of our finest prospects. We hope you will enjoy our site and check back often.
